smoothie





Since it's summer here, I've been addicted to smoothie-making. My absolute favourite is banana & honey:



+ 1/2 - 1 banana
+ 1 tsp of honey
+ 3 tbsp of plain/vanilla yoghurt
+ 1 tbsp of granola/muesli

Blend it all together and thank me later.
